Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – WEBWIRE

The VBC Giving Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and the philanthropic arm of Volumetric Building Companies (VBC), founded on the principle that respectable, safe, quality housing is imperative for everyone, including veterans and vulnerable communities alike, to achieve their own version of success and prosperity in the spirit of the American Dream, is pleased to announce its partnership with Quattro Capital and receipt of a $50,000 donation in support of the VBC Giving Foundation mission.

“The generous donation granted by our partners at Quattro Capital is in 2023 essential to not only launching Veterans Village in Philadelphia, but in replicating the Veterans Village model nationwide, as we look to expand our mission to support vulnerable communities facing poverty and in many cases, homelessness,” stated VBC Giving Foundation President Dana Spain. “With thanks to donors and partners such as Quattro Capital, many American veterans impacted by a myriad of socioeconomic conditions, will be able to live sustainably and with dignity.”

Philadelphia’s soon to be launched Veterans Village is a 47-unit new construction permanent housing community and the first project spearheaded by the VBC Giving Foundation. It will serve as a template for future modular housing projects for seniors, veterans, the elderly and at-risk youths, while also serving other vulnerable populations across the country.

Quattro Capital is one of America’s leading investment firms focused on residential multifamily real estate such as apartment complexes and mobile home parks, an organization committed to yielding strong returns for their investors.

“When our military community is the beneficiary, it makes our work that much more meaningful,” added Quattro Capital Managing Partner, Retired Lt Col Maurice Philogene. “We are honored to partner with the VBC Giving Foundation (VBCGF) and support Veterans Village. We celebrate the Foundation’s unwavering efforts to provide not only affordable housing, but to offer superior homes to our nation’s heroes.”
