Tietoevry completes the divestment of its wood supply software business

As announced on 17 January 2023, Tietoevry sells its wood supply software business to Vela Software International Inc., an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., which is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Conditions to complete the divestment have now been fulfilled and the transaction is closed.

Revenue of the divested business amounted to around EUR 3 million in 2021 and the number of employees is approximately 30 across Sweden, Finland and India.

The wood supply software business has been part of Tietoevry Industry.
