Author Bio

Author Daniel Kennedy Hayashi graduated from Chouinard Art Institute (now California Institute of the Arts) in 1970 with a BA degree in Fine Arts and a minor in psychology. He and his lovely wife formerly worked in the aerospace defense and commercial arts industries in Manhattan Beach, California, until they both retired to Arizona. Dan’s desire to write children’s books and spiritual stories came after being hired to illustrate a friend’s story and after his wife’s urging him to write and illustrate his own books.
