The book “Transformation: The Great Encounter” tells the story of the life of Jamisty, now known as Jakina, and how God used her mightily way back before she reached the peak of her success.

Since before, Jamisty’s family has witnessed the great miracles of God in their lives. Jamisty’s parents were infertile and could not conceive a child, but then they remembered who God was and all the promises and miracles He had done in the Bible. After praying earnestly and serving the Lord wholeheartedly, God was indeed faithful to bless them with a child. Jamisty’s birth alone is already a great miracle from God.

However, God’s blessings and provision upon their family didn’t end there. Jamisty was raised in a little country community in South Central Mississippi and got to live a normal life in her small town. But little did she know, this is where the turning point of her life started. She encountered a supernatural experience that changed her life completely. God called her to carry out an important mission when a powerful hurricane threatened their place. But in what way will God use her?
