Located in a prime spot in Woodbridge, New Jersey, adding this facility to his portfolio helps Blank build up his reputation as one of the best in the industry right now.

Like previous deals, a lot of the work done to land 112 New Brunswick Ave. came down to putting extra effort into raising necessary funds. It takes up just about two acres of land, but the location is close to several residential areas. This makes it ideal for the Poverni Sheikh Group. In total, the facility boasts 9600 ft.² of self storage, as well as an additional 3700 ft.² of retail space to rent out and bring in additional revenue.
