Author Bio

Kimball Love is a seventh-generation Floridian who grew up in the Suwannee River springshed. This is where Kim got her love of nature through fishing, tubing, waterskiing, and snorkeling in the river’s crystal-clear water. Kim has a background in technical writing, editing, geographic education, media production, and environmental project management.

The children’s book is Kim’s first venture into writing a children’s book within a fantasy world. The book was inspired by the author’s love for her grandchildren and her time spent in Upstate New York and was created in honor of Mother Nature.
