Anthony J. Conte Joins DataArt Board as Independent Director

DataArt, a global software engineering firm, announced that Anthony J. Conte has joined its board as an independent Director. With over 30 years of experience in business and financial services, Conte has held key executive roles in strategy, corporate development, and finance, and is currently the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Fair Trade Outsourcing (FTO), a global provider of business process support services.

Conte’s global executive experience includes international operations, accounting and financial management, M&A, compliance, and auditing.

Prior to FTO, Conte was Chief Operating Officer at Wizeline Inc. and responsible for the management of all operational functions and focused on repositioning company operations for growth and sustainability. He joined Wizeline as Chief Financial Officer and was quickly promoted to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing delivery, people operations, finance, legal and business operations. Prior to Wizeline, Conte was Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of EPAM Systems Inc., (NYSE:EPAM) a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company.

In May 2017, he was recognized by CFO Studios, receiving their CFO Leadership Award. Immediately prior to EPAM, Conte worked for the McGraw-Hill Companies, first as a manager in their corporate audit department then as Controller for the Platts division, a $170m energy information provider.

Conte earned his Master of Business Administration degree and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
