The encouraging fiction book “Treated As A Jew” by Burt Jagolinzer was successfully featured by ReadersMagnet at the New York Library Association 2022 Annual Conference and Trade Show on November 3-4, 2022, at Saratoga Springs City Center at 522 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.

“Treated As A Jew” recounts the adventures of best friends Ivan Kranofsky and Hyman Goldenstein beginning in the summer of 1939 as they plot to capture the love of the beautiful Brenda Cropsky. However, in September, their modest lives were utterly destroyed as Nazi tanks stormed into Bruzgi, Poland, smashing everything in their way.

Ivan was falsely accused of being Jewish by Nazi authorities because of his friendship with Hyman, and both of them were transferred to a concentration camp where they were treated like animals and forced to perform menial tasks.

This is a story about how the presence of love and friendship may help one overcome their fear of death and live a full life. This book is about one of the worst times in human history, but hope and bravery win out.
