An Evening of Glitz and Glamour at “Bon Vivant,” an Intimate New Year’s Eve Celebration at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta

Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta welcomes guests to an evening of elegance, extravagance, and unabashed fun in celebration of the New Year at its special Bon Vivant ticketed event on Saturday, December 31, 2022 from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. Designed for those who prefer a luxurious celebration in an uncrowded space, the mezzanine level will be transformed into a glamorous lounge with champagne flowing, passed canapés and interactive food stations, as well as two music rooms and a dance floor.

Upon arrival, guests will be escorted to their private table, where the celebration instantly begins. Servers will pop the cork of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne and fill glass flutes with its crisp bubbles, while guests peruse action stations serving Restaurant Chef Chad “Sosa” Hester’s indulgent menu. A selection of culinary delights include:  

  • Royal white sturgeon caviar stuffed oysters topped with creme fraiche
  • Squid ink tagliolini topped with meyer lemon butter and smoked trout caviar
  • Smoked prosciutto and burrata over freshly-baked crostini, topped with cashew butter and truffle honey
  • Crispy lobster bites with saffron aioli
  • Wagyu sliders topped with foie gras and truffle aioli

Honouring his southern heritage and family tradition, Chef Sosa will also share an elevated take on black eyed peas and collard greens – to symbolize luck and prosperity in the new year – with crispy Spanish chorizo dressed in a smoked BBQ vinaigrette. Those seeking a sweet treat will marvel at Executive Pastry Chef Daniella Lea Rada’s interactive dessert experience.

Advanced reservations to Bon Vivant are required and must be booked through OpenTable. Tickets are USD 225 per person and include a bottle of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut for every two guests, an unlimited selection of gourmet bites, as well as live entertainment, a dance floor and celebration favours. Tickets to not include gratuity, tax and additional beverages

Bar Margot will be open on Saturday, December 31 from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm (last seating 6:00 pm) serving from its latest lunch and dinner menus, then re-open at 10:00 pm for Bon Vivant.
