Dr. H. Lincoln Douglas got his doctorate in Adult Education from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in Arts Entertainment and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago, and BA degrees in Mass Comm and CE from Wheaton College, Illinois. Dr. Douglas is a training, development, and community specialist and a cultural scientist. He also served in the Trinidad and Tobago Parliament, including the Ministry of Social Development, and became the Minister of Arts and Multiculturalism.

In addition to his many academic accomplishments and career milestones, Dr. Douglas is also a successful storyteller and writer. He is the author of another book,” a sociopolitical sci-fi fantasy trilogy series called, “The Legend of Datrina.” On an given day he can be found making or playing drums, African drums. He has shared his talents and skills in Drum making and playing across communities in the Caribbean and North America.
