  • New York Library Association 2022 Annual Conference and Trade Show on November 3–4, 2022, at Saratoga Springs, NY

“Innerlight’s: Eat and Drink My Words” took its author a long time to compose. It has always been recognized that the majority of people have difficulty recognizing their true selves. People often think they have a thorough understanding of who they are when in fact, they simply know the bare essentials. As a result, people need the freedom to contemplate anything that comes to their minds in order to better comprehend what they truly desire.

Readers will be inspired to put down their phones and pick up a pen after gaining new perspectives from this book. This book’s material is extremely varied.

G.M. Crook’s writing reveals her genuine nature, which was shaped by years of emotional and physical abuse. As a result, it’s easier for individuals to believe in God and forgive those who’ve wronged them.
