Morgan Leigh Furman Joins Hyder Immigration Law in Richmond

Richmond immigration law firm, Hyder Immigration Law, announced that Morgan Leigh Furman has joined the firm.

Morgan Leigh Furman is a graduate of the Elon University School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as a Leadership Fellow and as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Leadership and the Law. Ms. Furman also took part in the Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic where her experience inspired her to want to help individuals and families navigate the complex immigration legal system in the United States.

Ms. Furman is admitted to the Virginia Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She previously practiced at the local firm of Dyer Immigration Law Group. Ms. Furman’s experience also includes the Virginia Poverty Law Center’s Legal Assistance to Victim-Immigrants of Domestic Violence (LA VIDA) clinic and internships with Church World Service in and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Throughout her career, Ms. Furman has enjoyed working with families through the various stages of the lengthy immigration process. She is also passionate about working with asylum seekers and victims of crime. Ms. Furman has distinguished herself in the field by being a true champion for her clients, going above and beyond to help them achieve their goals.
