“If Trees Could Talk” is an imaginative story that talks about the possible words and emotions that trees will show if only they have the ability to talk. Would they laugh whenever they see the children play? Would they talk to all bugs that are crawling around them? What would they say everytime their day ends? Would they be worried whenever a storm comes? Would they be amazed whenever they see the stars at night?

These are just some of the questions that the author stated in her book that drives the readers to picture every scenario in their minds. As Trudi elaborates the lives of the trees throughout the year, the more the readers feel sympathy for them.

If only the trees could talk, then it would have been much easier for humans to protect nature, right? The world would have been a lot better if humans and nature are able to help out each other.
