Airprotek International, Zicen USA, Inc. Sign Memorandum Of Understanding

Airprotek International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:APKN), a Nevada corporation (“Airprotek”), announced today that is has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Zicen USA, Inc (“Zicen”) under the terms of which Airprotek will distribute a wide range of powersports safety products produced at Zicen’s Asian manufacturing facilities. The first products distributed under the MOU with the Airprotek brand name will be a line of motorcycle and scooter helmets.
