Twin sisters Marita and Mimina Meza just added the title “published author” to their résumé with the publication of their beauty and health book “Natural Beauties: Homemade Wellness Tips from Head to Toe” (Mascot Books; 2022).

Marita and Mimina Meza both enjoy lifelong careers in the beauty industry. They learned many insider tips and tricks for taking care of themselves, using only affordable, natural ingredients as beauty and wellness products.

‘Over the years, we learned a ton about taking care of our skin, hair, nails, and teeth,” said the authors in the introduction for “Natural Beauties”. “We learned how to eat properly, exercise right, get our vitamins, and stay active and healthy.

Author Bio

Marita and Mimina Meza are identical twin sisters and best friends, originated from Merida, Venezuela. They studied law in their country and then hotel and restaurant management in Montreal, Canada. They have been doing modeling, acting, dancing, and singing since the early age of four years old. Marita participated in five beauty pageants.

They love to work out. They released a CD single for The Twin Towers. They speak fluent English, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. They did a lot of TV commercials, billboards, magazines, postcards, and music videos. They are very athletic ladies. They are very proud of their parents (Amintad and Nepoleon), and they have a younger sister (Yudith). They love animals. They have a foundation in Venezuela called Fundación Solidarios Con Venezuela. Part of their proceeds will be for the foundation.
