Kinjil Mathur is the current Chief Marketing Officer of Squarespace, a leading all-in-one website building and e-commerce platform, and brings nearly two decades of experience and knowledge to Sama from institutions like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Condé Nast. During her decade-long career with some of the world’s leading tastemakers, Mathur led the Digital Marketing team at Saks Fifth Avenue, a company dedicated to transforming the face of luxury fashion retail, and serves as a Committee Member on the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Fashion Trust and NYCxDESIGN. 

Alongside an extensive history as an angel investor backing women and BIPOC entrepreneurs, Mathur’s advisory experience includes membership at ORGANIZE.org, a nonprofit organization focused on increasing organ donorship across the US, Ellevest, an NYC fintech startup focused on helping women independently invest, and Spotify’s CMO Advisory Council.
