Anita Peters is Workway’s New National Search Director

BURBANK, Calif. - Workway, a staffing firm specializing in serving the financial and other technical industries, announced the addition of Anita Peters as the national search director for its mortgage permanent placement corporate division.

In this role, Peters is entrusted with filling permanent placement positions in the mortgage industry across the country. Peters has extensive recruiting and staffing experience in the hospitality, medical administration, sales and marketing, mortgage, banking and finance industries.

Prior to joining Workway, Peters was an area manager for a national staffing company. Along with her more than 15 years experience in the recruiting and staffing industry, she also brings to Workway her experience in the mortgage industry from pervious sales and operations positions.

“Anita’s time in both the mortgage and recruiting industries was invaluable to the growth of the permanent placement division,” said Matt Johnston, CEO of Workway. “She will focus her efforts on meeting the staffing needs of the ever-changing mortgage industry.”

In addition to her position at Workway, Peters is completing a degree at the Master’s College in Santa Clarita, Calif. She continues to be an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the local chamber of commerce. Her philanthropic activities include serving as a committee chair for Rotary International, as a member of the board of directors for the Garten Foundation in Salem, Ore., and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the Las Vegas Family Court.
