DCH Services Commoditize Integration and Ease DSP-OEM Relations

Broomfield, Colo., June 6, 2005 – Oxlo Systems, the leading Dealer Communications Hub (DCH) provider, today announced that its integration with Dubuque Data Services is complete and that Dubuque is now ready to offer integrated factory communications through Oxlo’s AutoTPX™.

“DCH integration is all about simplification, whereby dealer system providers (DSPs) and OEMs spend less time consumed in the frustrating details of integration, pushing the heavy lifting downstream to the DCH provider, a process that speeds deployment and helps ease industry tension,” said Jim Lejeal, CEO of Oxlo Systems. “In this scenario, Oxlo makes integration look and feel like the commodity it is, allowing partners like Dubuque to put more of their energy into the higher value features that separate their products from competitors.”

“Integrating with AutoTPX was exceptionally easy and a lot faster than we expected,” said Glen Callahan, President of Dubuque Data Services. “With very little effort we’ve been able to significantly expand our addressable market and breadth of services, adding new features that further differentiate our Dealer Management System (DMS) from our competitors.”

Specifically, Callahan noted that with Oxlo DCH integration Dubuque is now certified with Volkswagen of America (VWoA) as having conformed to VWoA’s interpretation of five STAR XML standards that were published in conjunction with VWoA’s next generation dealer communications system (DCS) which will connect over 800 VW and Audi dealerships in North America. Moreover, through Oxlo’s DCH, Dubuque will also be able offer factory communications to every additional OEM that is integrated to AutoTPX, including the Retail Inventory Management initiative being rolled out by GM as well as to other services such as the RouteOne and BIGFNI’s financial acceptance networks (FANs) which Dubuque can now sell as an integrated package to its dealer customers.
