As part of their enduring commitment to the highest customer service standards, Royal Holiday Vacation Club is proud to introduce the Safe Guest Program. The program is built on the Royal Holiday Vacation Club standards of the Park Royal Hotels and Resorts.

It is being implemented in partnership with the internationally renowned British Company Cristal International. The program, which covers check-in protocols, stay arrangements and guests’ departure, uses globally renowned ECOLAB products to ensure the highest safety standards for guests and staff.

The Safe Guest Program

At arrival, guests are welcomed by disinfectant rugs to kill any germs that could be clinging to their shoes. Sanitizing gels are also provided, and several sanitizing points can be located at different sections of hotels.

Temperature check is a standard procedure. Guests must also fill out a health questionnaire during the check-in process. As the check-in protocols get underway, the bell boy gets busy disinfecting the guests’ luggage. Social distancing is a standard requirement.

During their stay, guests can expect a continuation of the thorough sanitization protocols. The rooms and common spaces are regularly sanitized. Chairs, cots, tables, hotel menus, and other articles undergo regular cleaning and sanitation.

Temperature checks and social distancing remain throughout the guest’s stay. All entertainment activities observe proper hygiene protocols. In case of any medical emergencies, medical attention is a call away.

On checkout, guests can enjoy express checkout with minimal contact with staff. Room keys can be dropped at urns strategically located in the reception area.
