All VIA southwestern services return to normal operations

TORONTO - VIA wishes to advise customers that following the clearance of track that had been blocked by a weather-stranded GEXR freight train near St. Marys, Ontario all services have returned to normal.

With the roads now reopened, alternate transportation has also been arranged for passengers travelling between London (St. Marys and Stratford) and Kitchener.

VIA does not anticipate any significant delays to its afternoon and evening departures.
