New software update available for the EPOS H3PRO Hybrid – Version 1.3.3

EPOS are pleased to announce that a new software, version 1.3.3, has been released for the H3PRO Hybrid Wireless Gaming Headset.

Changes and Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused distorted audio on microphone path
• Fixed a bug where headset volume would in some use cases jump to 100 % volume
• Fixed an issue that created audio distortion when connected via USB
• The noise floor has been reduced during periods where audio is not playing

Step-by-Step Guide

• Connect the H3PRO Hybrid dongle to your PC and wait for it to be recognized by the EPOS Gaming Suite.
• Open the EPOS Gaming Suite - you should be able to see the H3PRO Hybrid detected.
• If your device has a new update, you should be able to see a button stating: “Update Available”
• Click on “Update Available”.
