SirionLabs Appoints Madhukar Yarra as Chief Operating Officer
Veteran executive joins contract lifecycle management leader to drive customer success and lead company growth
SirionLabs, the global leader in AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM), today announced the appointment of Madhukar (Madhu) Yarra as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Reporting to company co-founder and CEO, Ajay Agrawal, Yarra will be responsible for the customer implementation, success, and support functions.
Yarra brings over two decades of executive and technical experience to this role. He joins SirionLabs from Mu Sigma, the market leader in the analytics services industry, and one of the first unicorns to emerge out of India. As part of the founding team at Mu Sigma, he was responsible for driving growth and managing a business portfolio of over $100 million. Prior to Mu Sigma, Yarra held product management roles at Oracle and i2 for their supply chain products. Yarra is a graduate of IIT Madras.
As COO, Yarra will focus on further strengthening SirionLabs’ impressive track record of customer growth; lead the implementation teams with the goal of quick user adoption and time to value; and continue the company’s focus on delivering a world class customer experience.
“Sirion is years ahead of the industry in terms of its AI technology as well as its advanced functionality across the complete contracting lifecycle,” said Yarra. “My goal is to build the infrastructure, people, and processes, to translate this advantage into value for our customers.”
Yarra noted that his vision is to improve the alignment between customer objectives and product strategy. He plans to actively expand the team across multiple areas of the business, including Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and Learning & Development.
“SirionLabs believes strongly in putting the customer at the center while providing the best product for their end-to-end smart contracting needs,” said SirionLabs CEO, Ajay Agrawal. “With the addition of Madhu to our team, we will be able to drive an end-to-end view of our customers’ journeys and improve the customer experience in new and powerful ways. I look forward to working with Madhu and his team to bring our customers more value than ever and can’t wait to see and celebrate the success they achieve.”
