XSEED Games Launches Granblue Fantasy: Versus – Legendary Edition Today for PlayStation 4 and Windows PC

XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA Inc., today released Granblue Fantasy: Versus – Legendary Edition for the head-to-head fighter based on Cygames’ popular Granblue Fantasy franchise, digitally for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Windows PC via Steam, at a price of $49.99. Recently announced during Cygames’ Granblue Fantasy Fes 2021 on Dec. 11-12, the Legendary Edition includes the Granblue Fantasy: Versus base game and all 13 DLC playable characters, including the newly released fighters Vira and Avatar Belial. The PS4™ system release includes one bonus serial code for the Granblue Fantasy mobile game on top of all previously released mobile game purchase bonuses for the base game and individual DLC character sets. Vira and Avatar Belial are also available for separate purchase via the ‘GBVS Additional Character Set (Vira & Avatar Belial)’ on both platforms for $9.99, with the PS4™ system granting the above-mentioned mobile game serial code. The serial codes are not available for the Steam version.

Both Vira and Avatar Belial make their debut as DLC characters with today’s release and are available as part of the Legendary Edition or as a separate bundle. Albion Citadel’s Lord Commander, Vira is a skilled tactician and blademaster. Fiercely loyal to Katalina, whom she views as a sister, her tempestuous emotions help her devastate her enemies with the fury of a thousand hurricanes. Having wrested the Versus Core from Beelzebub and plunged into his own body, Avatar Belial wields the immense powers of a deity with little need for mortal weaponry anymore.
