Senator Sununu and Representative Lofgren to be recognized at CEA’s Third annual digital patriots dinner for commitment to technology innovation

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA®) today announced two congressional honorees will be recognized during the Third Annual Digital Patriots Dinner on March 27 - Senator John Sununu (R-NH) and Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (D-CA). These policy leaders will join Michael Dell, chairman and CEO of Dell Inc., in receiving their award at the Digital Patriots Dinner on March 27, 2007 at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.

The Digital Patriots Dinner will be held during CEA’s 2007 Washington Forum, March 26-27 at the Ronald Reagan Building in downtown Washington. Partners of the Digital Patriots Dinner include the Electronic Components, Assemblies and Materials Association (ECA), the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) and the JEDEC Solid State Technology Association. The two-day event will focus on key issues affecting the consumer electronics industry including public policy challenges and consumer related issues. The Forum will include conference sessions and panel discussions as well as CEA membership division meetings and networking opportunities.
