Strikepoint Group Holdings acquires Paradise Air, Inc.

Strikepoint Group Holdings (“SGH”), formerly known as Horizon Group Holdings, has acquired Largo, FL-based Paradise Air, Inc. The acquisition is SGH’s eighth of 2021. Paradise Air, Inc was represented in this transaction by HVAC business broker Patrick Lange with Business Modification Group, Horseshoe Beach, Florida.

Jill and Tim O’Connell opened Paradise Air in 2010 soon after arriving in Florida from the Midwest bringing with them the Midwestern work ethic and dedicating their time to doing the right thing for their customers and employees. Tim and Jill quickly established a successful Pinellas and Hillsborough County-centered business serving single-family homes and condominiums.

Jill and Tim built Paradise Air by relying on local networking and participation in community events. The company services equipment made by more than a dozen different HVAC manufacturers and is NATE-certified, Home Advisor-approved, and A+ Better Business Bureau (BBB)-accredited.

For the O’Connells, the decision to join Strikepoint was natural.
