God of War – PC Announce Trailer

God of War, one of the best-selling games on the PlayStation 4, is coming to PC and the Epic Games Store. Given a new beginning, Kratos leads his son through a Scandinavian wilderness filled with mythological Norse creatures. The third-person action-adventure has dragons, dark elves, and other formidable foes. 

Kratos has been living a new life as a father in Midgard. When his wife Faye passes, Kratos and his son Atreus journey to the highest peak of the nine realms to scatter her ashes. 

Kratos uses the journey to teach his son how to survive in the hostile lands. The pair bond during some of the best third-person battles in any game ever. Kratos’ Leviathan Axe is a highlight of the game: cut through enemies with a quick fluid motion, upgrade it with runes (everything from close combat to distance attacks), and throw or recall it in a devastating arc. The axe action and combat is utterly satisfying.
