Dassault Systèmes Executive Elected President of French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Carolinas

Charlotte, N.C., USA, February 26, 2007 - Dassault Systèmes (DS) (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced that Isabelle Estebe, its director for strategic partner marketing, has been elected president of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Carolinas. The French-American Chamber of Commerce is a bi-national, non-profit organization that aims to help improve economic, commercial and financial ties between France and the Carolinas area of the United States.

“The French-American Chamber of the Carolinas fills a critical role in bringing together French and American businesses on both sides of the Atlantic,” said Philippe Ardanaz, consul general of France and French trade commissioner, based in Atlanta, GA. “It facilitates the transfer of business opportunities between the French and American economies and enables communication between its members, the trade and economic offices of France, and U.S. and federal agencies.”

Members of the Chamber include businesses such as Areva, BDO Seidman LLP, Goodrich, BioMérieux, Air France, KPMG, Scynexis and Wachovia.
