Author Roxie Ann Keese Describes Under God’s Care in Her Book “The God of My Ages”

Author Roxie Ann Keese shares her life experiences as far from her childhood years where her curiosity sparked to know God that drew to her mother’s lap by reading the Bible together. Her mother taught several verses, from Psalms 1 and 23 including the Lord’s Prayer in Matthew 6. The experience led to speak to God personally during her youth and into her teenage years.

Like most teens, carefree and not a care in the world, walked away from God. Although Keese had walked away from God in some occasions but God never walked away from her. Not realizing this then, it was only in her adult years that she began to look back at her life and realized that this is the same God who is always with her. This same God protected the author from dangers seen and unseen, all made foolish decisions that could have resulted in death or damage herself physically or mentally.

About the Author
Evangelist Roxie Ann Keese is ordained as licensed minister in the Apostolic Faith. She is currently a member of Resurrection Tabernacle Church of Deliverance in Louisville, Kentucky (located at 2944 Breckenridge Lane). She is an avid Bible teacher and Speaker. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Louisville. It was there that she began her quest in religious studies during her undergraduate years.

She began her career in the ministry as a Sunday School Teacher at Fourth Avenue United Methodist Church in Louisville, Kentucky, teaching both Children and Youth between 1988-1993. Over the next few years she took on the role of the Children/Youth Minister serving in this capacity between 1994-2002. She also began teaching adult bible classes. In 2003 she was an active Lay Leader at the church where she began delivering sermons in the Early Morning Service at the church where she continues to do so till this day.
