Josh Groban Hit Song "Believe" Propels "The Polar Express" Soundtrack

BURBANK, CA -- 11/19/2004 -- “Believe,” the new song by Josh Groban from “The Polar Express: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack” on Warner Sunset/Reprise Records, is shaping up as a major holiday hit on radio stations across the country. The album is also becoming a best-selling album in stores. Released on November 2nd, the soundtrack had a 133% jump in sales during its second week, more than doubling those from the first week.

The inspiring track, performed by acclaimed baritone Josh Groban (whose new CD/DVD “Live At The Greek,” is set for release November 30th) has recently jumped to the top of the Most Added chart for Mainstream Adult Contemporary Radio, with a phenomenal 33 adds in a single week (by comparison, the number two most added song managed only eights adds.) “Believe” recently racked up 13 new stations to bring its grand total to 46, including adds in such top radio markets as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, Minneapolis and Atlanta.
