About the Author
Philip V. Bulone is a retired Detective from the New York City Police Department and a 10-year Criminal Investigator with the State of Florida. He taught Criminal Justice at South University at the South Florida Royal Palm Beach Campus for 10 years and currently resides with his wife Mary in Boynton Beach, Florida.
