SirionLabs Joins Box Platform Partner Program to Offer Integrated Solution to Joint Customers

SirionLabs, the leading provider of AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM), today announced that they have completed an integration with Box, a leading content cloud. SirionLabs’ customers will now be able to connect their repository on the Box Content Cloud with SirionOne and enable them to seamlessly and securely transfer commercial contracts and associated artefacts to the CLM platform where they can be extracted and managed across their lifecycle.  

The Box-SirionOne integration addresses one of the more challenging aspects of contract management – ensuring easy third-party access to legal documents while complying with enterprise security protocols. This integration ensures that SirionLabs customers can safely share contracts through their Box account with external parties while ensuring that they remain synced in real-time with SirionOne. This in turn will enable Box and SirionOne customers to automate the data migration process and help reduce recurring overhead costs associated with manual file uploads.

The Box Content Cloud makes it easier than ever for teams to collaborate in real-time from anywhere, on any device, and across any app.  SirionLabs customers simply sync documents and folders from their Box account to the SirionLabs application. Once the integration and account details are authenticated, contracts stored on Box will be automatically cascaded down to SirionOne, where users can digitize them for downstream management or can even leverage SirionOne’s powerful analytics and authoring capabilities to initiate remediation exercises. Box customers can activate the integration by downloading and utilizing the SirionLabs app in the Box App Gallery.
