Austrian Airlines Lounges reopen their doors

WEBWIRE
  • HON Circle Lounge Schengen (F gates) reopens on 8 July
  • HON Check-in also again available
  • Additional temporary opening of Senator Lounge Schengen as of 1 July

Due to the easing of corona-related measures and a noticeable increase in passengers at the beginning of summer, Austrian Airlines will be able to welcome again guests in the HON Circle Lounge in the Schengen area of Vienna Airport (F-Gates) as of 8 July. HON Circle as well as Lufthansa and Swiss First Class guests will then again be able to enjoy all the benefits of the lounge from 5:30 to 22:30 daily. Together with our new catering partner DoN, the culinary offer for the HON Circle Lounge has been redesigned. Guests can look forward to Austrian and international specialties and improved service. From 04:30 to 23:00, the Austrian Airlines HON Check-in is also available again.

In order to offer guests in the Business Lounge Schengen (F-Gates) as much comfort and space as possible, even at busy times, the Senator Lounge Schengen will open at hourly intervals as of 1 July. The food and beverage offerings in the Senator Lounge will be identical to those in the Business Lounge.

“As a premium carrier, our lounges are an important part of the travel comfort we want to offer Austrian Airlines passengers. We are therefore very pleased to be able to offer our frequent flyers more services again”, says CCO Michael Trestl about the reopening of the lounges. It is planned to gradually reopen further lounges at Vienna Airport, as well as to resume the HON Limousine Service.

The food and beverage offer in the Austrian Airlines lounges takes into account all hygienic requirements and has been adapted in accordance with official guidelines. In the Austrian Airlines lounges, as in the entire airport terminal and on board, masks must be worn. Information on access rules can be found on the Austrian Airlines website.
