SirionLabs Strengthens North American Presence to Support Aggressive Growth Strategy

SEATTLE, WA – WEBWIRE

SirionLabs, the leader in AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology, today announced the expansion of its field presence in North America with key additions to the sales, customer success and account management teams across multiple locations in the U.S. including Illinois, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, and Texas. The ramp-up will help the company meet increased demand in the region which is set to accelerate further under the leadership of Rajeev Kumar as the new Chief Revenue Officer

As part of the expansion, two new sales vice presidents have joined SirionLabs: Minneapolis-based Joe VanLoy, formerly of Best Buy and KPMG; and former ISG executive Laura Mersinger, who will be based in Chicago.

Additionally, to strengthen local support for its growing book of business in North America, SirionLabs has hired twenty new account directors and customer success resources. Hiring continues for additional positions as well. The customer success and account management function is spearheaded by SirionLabs’ Chief Customer Officer Mark Voytek.

Partners are at the core of SirionLabs’ growth strategy. With Puneet Bhakri, formerly of EY and KPMG, at the helm of global alliances and partnerships, the company is witnessing a rapid increase in both partner-influenced customer acquisitions as well as in implementations led by partners. In recent months, SirionLabs has established strategic alliances in North America with leading firms including KPMG, Integreon, and Fluxym. The company continues to expand its partner ecosystem with other tier-1 consulting and Systems Integration (SI) firms.

Trusted by more than 200 industry-leading organizations including Vodafone, The Bank of New York Mellon and Unilever, SirionLabs’ platform harnesses the power of artificial intelligence technology to streamline the complete contracting lifecycle – from contract authoring and portfolio risk management to ongoing performance and compliance management – for all types of enterprise contracts. By enabling fast and accurate insights across the contracting process, SirionLabs allows organizations to improve business performance, mitigate risk and strengthen customer and supplier relationships.

To drive its accelerated growth strategy, the company has decided to sharpen its focus on the enterprise segment of the CLM market. With SirionLabs’ existing AI-powered CLM and contract analytics products positioned extremely well in the enterprise segment, the company will focus on accelerating the development of AI-led capabilities. SirionLabs will drive increased investment to further scale its AI/ML R&D infrastructure under the leadership of Co-founder and Chief Architect Aditya Gupta. The existing AI/ML R&D capabilities which are currently spread across Seattle in the US, and Gurgaon and Pune in India will be merged to create a geographically cohesive unit in Gurgaon and Pune.
