About the Author
Butterflies, Bears, and Other Poems for Children’s author Patricia Herber, holds a B. S. Degree in Elementary Education from Shippensburg University and a master’s degree from Penn State University. She is a retired first grade teacher who taught and resides in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania. Since retiring, she has been enjoying traveling, reading, following school sporting events, and spending time with her blessed grandchildren. It is her hope that she will nurture in them a joy of reading that will last a lifetime. She is especially delighted to share her engaging collection of rhyming poems and amusing illustrations through this book.
