Proposals must be carried out and / or include at least one of the following municipalities in 10 states:

Mato Grosso - Lucas do Rio Verde and Nova Mutum

Mato Grosso do Sul - Dourados

Minas Gerais - Uberlândia

Paraná - Carambeí, Dois Vizinhos, Francisco Beltrão, Paranaguá, Ponta Grossa and Toledo

Pernambuco   - Vitória de Santo Antão

Rio de Janeiro - Seropédica

Rio Grande do Sul - Lajeado, Marau and Serafina Corrêa

Sao Paulo - Tatuí

Santa Catarina - Campos Novos, Capinzal, Chapecó, Concórdia, Herval D’oeste and Videira
