James Pecora was born in Newark, N.J. in 1952.  He has worked in films, plays and television. He has also worked as a teacher and special ed teacher. He is graduated from East Side High and Essex County College in Newark, N.J. He also graduated from Kean University in Union, N.J. and has been a member of the U.S. Naval reserves for 25 years. He currently lives in Kearny, N.J.
