“Jess Walter’s The Cold Millions paints a vivid picture of two very different brothers in turbulent, early 20th century Spokane,” said Jackie De Leo, Vice President, Bookstore, Barnes & Noble. “This is an intimate story of sibling bonds and betrayal, of the haves and have-nots, and of love that will keep readers hooked, staying with them long after the final page, which is why we have chosen it as our November 2020 Book Club selection.”

Barnes & Noble is encouraging customers to engage with this important and gripping novel on social media and join the new B&N Book Club Facebook Group, as well as through a special virtual Book Club event a month after publication.

“I am thrilled to have The Cold Millions chosen as the Barnes & Noble Book Club pick for November,” said Jess Walter. “This book is dedicated to my father, and the first book reading of mine he ever attended was at a Barnes & Noble.
