“Pain Culprits!” has a 5.0-star rating on Amazon.com. Here’s what some people had to say:

‘Pain Culprits!: Surprising Truths Behind Pain, How to Uncover the Cause, and What to Do about It’ is an excellent book for understanding the culprits of pain. It is an easy and informative read, which addresses where pain comes from, myths of pain management, techniques which can alleviate pain, how foods can affect the body’s responses to pain and inflammation, and so much more. It is based on years of clinical research, and can be understood by health professionals, as well as those not in the health sectors. I personally have used some of the techniques mentioned in the book, and have never felt better! I have and will to continue to highly recommend this book to friends and family. This book is a gem!” - Michelle M.

“When we’re in pain, we want to know two things: what’s wrong and how to fix it. Sadly, the current standard of care in the U.S. fails to accomplish this more often than not. Pain Culprits is a roadmap to a solution. Eileen explains how the root cause of pain may not be what you think and what to do about it. She explains the science in an accessible way and ties it to real-life examples to make it relatable. When we’re suffering, whether from pain or illness, it’s easy to be overwhelmed and not know where to start. This is where to start. The information is sound and backed by careful research, and the resources section is a valuable aid to applying the information given in the book and achieving true health and freedom from pain.” - Shelly R.

About the Author:

Eileen Kopsaftis, born in Waterbury, Connecticut in 1958, has always sought out the truth, even as a child. Her reason for being is to improve the lives of others. When she lost two brothers in their forties (one to cancer, the other to heart disease) she knew she had to do all she could to keep others from the same tragedy. When she was little she wanted to be a doctor; yet when it was time to start college she did not agree with the current medical model of medicating symptoms and managing disease as it progressed. She also disagreed with what was being taught in nutrition programs. The physical therapy program caught her attention as she has always been fascinated with the workings of the human body.

Fast forward to graduating from the first-ever Nutrition Educator Program designed to teach people how to eliminate the need for medications and restore health. She is now living her dream, helping people eliminate pain and chronic conditions from their lives and her Move Without Pain Program is allowing her to fulfill her life’s mission; to erase pain from the world.

Eileen is passionate about empowering others to move without pain and have lifelong wellbeing. She believes life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured. She can be found at www.havelifelongwellbeing.com
