Comcast, metropolitan Atlanta’s leading cable and broadband communications provider, and The Kamaron Institute have partnered to produce a fast-paced “edutainment” reality show that teaches Atlanta families how to succeed in school, life and relationships. The 30-minute news format program is called “Success Class,” and it promotes real life values that adults and children can apply every day.

Comcast subscribers can watch “Success Class” show on channel 25 throughout Atlanta; however; it is on channel 22 in the City of Atlanta and on channel 24 in Peachtree City. Comcast customers with digital service can also view it ON DEMAND, a growing library of more than 7,500 programs, available any time customers want to watch them.

“Each episode focuses on the facts, the how to steps, and the real life stories of amazing people who are increasing quality teaching time, making businesses, schools and buses safer, happier and more productive places through the implementation of their KC3® Positive Label Programs,” says Margaret Ross, Kamaron Institute Founder. “We commend Comcast for being a positive role model and invite other companies to join us in being part of the solution,” adds Ross.

“Giving back to the communities where we live and work is a treasured Comcast tradition. Comcast is proud to bring our community the ‘Success Class,’ a program that provides mutual learning and leadership that is making such a positive impact on families in our community,” said Andy Macke, senior director of government affairs for Comcast Atlanta.

Margaret Ross hosts the show along with the KC3TV Good Finder News Team that includes children from local middle schools who serve as reporters. The programming focuses on bringing good news to the community and features four segments each episode: Learning It; Living It; Community Connections and Every day Heroes.
• Learning It: helps to reduce unkind behaviors such as bullying, and as a result, increases teaching time in school
• Living It: connects the dots between business and education
• Community Connections: a segment profiling a non-profit organization in the community
• Every day Heroes: profiles an individual that models positive relationships skills with their family and community everyday
Additionally, a segment on “Celebrating” recognizes outstanding achievement and performance in the area of positive citizenship and character.
