About the Author:

Like many young kids, Michael Steinhardt wanted to follow in the footsteps of his parents. His father so happened to be in an industry in which he could do just that. As a young boy, he saw his father helping people, making a difference in lives and positively impacting families in the community. He also saw that his parents were able to live and enjoy their lives in the fashion they wanted. So, Michael got his licenses before he graduated college and jumped into the business.

His career journey started on the insurance side in 1985. Realizing he wanted to make a bigger difference and work more completely with clients, he transitioned to the financial planning side about a decade later. Over time, his practice evolved into working with individuals and small businesses. Being a part of their success formula has been both enriching and rewarding on many levels. He has the joy of sharing this journey with his beautiful wife, Jenn, who he met at the grocery store on some fateful day. They have two wonderful children, Tyler and Gabby.
