Recognizing the presence of darkness within empowers us to fight it into submission. Realizing its purpose in the world enables us to battle it and overcome it. Our role is not to allow the darkness to take over. The denial of darkness does not equate to the abundance of light. We cannot hide nor run from darkness. It can only be conquered by our light.
