Fujifilm Integrates FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. and FUJIFILM New Development U.S.A., Inc. to Strengthen Industry-leading Endosurgical Solutions

Fujifilm announced today that as of October 1, 2020, FUJIFILM New Development U.S.A., Inc., an innovative provider of minimally invasive surgical systems, will merge with FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc., a leading provider of endoscopic imaging solutions. Together, the two companies will leverage their expertise to advance innovations in endosurgery.
