Mercer Leaders Recognized by LGBT Great in its ‘Global Top 100 Executive Allies’ Initiative

Membership organization, LGBT Great, launched its ‘Global Top 100 Executive Allies’ initiative today, to spotlight executives across the global investment & savings industry who have demonstrated allyship within their firms and across society. Mercer’s Martine Ferland, President and Chief Executive Officer, Rich Nuzum, President, Investments & Retirement and Tony Wood, UK & Ireland Regional Leader of Mercer Marsh Benefits, UK were among the 100 executives that earned a spot on this year’s list.

LGBT Great’s Global Top 100 represents senior leaders who influence the diversity agenda, support the LGBT+ community and demonstrate a commitment to future action. According to LGBT Great, all executives named have engaged in support of equality and inclusion and pledged support to self-education around LGBT+ issues. The initiative is part of the organisation’s flagship Project 1000 campaign – a five-year mission to find and shine a light on one-thousand LGBT+ supportive ally role models.

The 100 executives represent firms from America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.
