FrieslandCampina in top 3 Dutch companies with the best reputation

As far as reputation is concerned, this year FrieslandCampina ranks third in the TOP 30 of leading companies in the Netherlands. The Reputation Institute announced this on 19 May 2020. Research into the reputation of the TOP 30 companies is carried out annually by the Reputation Institute.

The top 4 companies have maintained their position compared to last year because they all saw their reputation scores rise. Philips finished first again, ASML second and Heineken fourth. FrieslandCampina is in good company with this ranking. The fact that FrieslandCampina was able to maintain its position is an achievement since the last year was eventful in several respects.

The Reputation Institute uses the RepTrak© method, one of the most widely used methods. This model is based on seven dimensions and 23 characteristics on which an organisation is assessed. All these elements together result in a reputation score. The pillars measure externally which images are prevalent among the target groups with regard to various subjects related to an organisation. In addition to consumers, the opinions of important stakeholders are also taken into account.
