“When my publishing company got to read the manuscript the director wrote me back describing the book as a quality piece of literature. And also her surprise at how real the characters were. They come to life in the book in a very real way,” said author Nelson Mendez.

“I was a child who did not like to read. It’s funny that I became an author, but I like to read my book. I have read it four times and it is like new every time. When I pick it up I sometimes have a hard time putting it down. I would not have wrote it if I thought it was boring. For me to persist for almost 200 pages with writing a story is because it entertained me and if it can entertain me and keep my interest locked I know that others will enjoy the book as much as I enjoyed writing it, and it was one of the greatest experience of my life writing this book. I am currently writing the second part of this book so you will not want to miss the first book,” said Mendez.

Nelson Mendez was raised in Union City, NJ in the United States since the age of three as a young child Nelson discovered he liked to draw and often made his own comic books. He went to school in Union City and studied a little at a private business school in Union City. At the age of 26 years old he started writing “Alligiance” since it was his first book it took him a few years to finish it. He had the manuscript on him for a few years until his wife read it and insisted that he publish it. Nelson hopes that you enjoy “Alligiance” as much as he enjoyed writing it. He is currently working on his second book of “Alligiance” and it will be out soon.
