WACKER Sets New Date for Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2020

Wacker Chemie AG has decided to postpone this year’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting due to the current official restrictions on large-scale events and in order to protect the health of participants. The event, which was originally scheduled for May 20, 2020, will now take place on August 4, 2020. As planned, the venue for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will remain the International Congress Center Munich.
