Mobius, Siemens and IDG Back Plan to Launch New Oracle and SAP Product Suites and Expand Domestic and International Sales Channels

Existing capital partners Mobius Venture Capital, Siemens Venture Capital and IDG Ventures Pacific participated in the round.
