Constant learning for our employees is very important for us. Apart from L’Oréal group’s online learning system and program, L’Oréal China created last year a special WeChat APP called “SPARK” (only access to L’Oréal China employees) to be even more adapted on Chinese advanced digital situation. The “SPARK” allows our employee to follow company’s online learning program through mobile phone.    Under the situation of outbreak of COVID-19 since end Jan., people are staying at home with government’s instruction in order to best contain the epidemic, we have then created at this special moment a specific online learning campaign “Never Stop Learning” at “SPARK” on February 2020 through a series of elearningsvirtual classroomsand short videos with a wide range of content developed by the global and China learning teams, as well as global and local elearning providers, to engage our employees to keep learning, while adapting quickly to the remote working situation and allowing to restart the business in an agile and energetic way.    The “SPARK” APP also supports social learning. It enables our employees to create and share their own learning content, ‘like’, ‘comment’ and exchange recommendations of online learning modules and experiences with their colleagues.   SPARK wechat learning APP has been awarded Gold Medal at the Global Brandon Hall Awards for best use of learning technology last year. It was also awarded silver medal at the APAC Stevie Award for best innovation on learning apps.
