Canon requests removal of toner cartridge offered by Innature from Amazon.com

Canon Inc. announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Innature for use in HP laser beam printers.

Canonís infringement report alleged that certain model CE310A, CE311A, CE312A and CE313A toner cartridges sold by Innature via Amazon.com infringed Canonís U.S. Patent No. 8,688,008. Canon requested that Amazon remove Innatureís listings for those products, namely, Innatureís listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ďASINsĒ) B07SRT4W7X, B07STVT429, B07SSSWWNX, B07SQQPLV1, B07SRTBR9X, B07SX3LHZB and B07T36CHZZ.

At the time of this announcement, the above-identified Innature listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
