WEBWIRE

We took advantage of the Seara Nation’s energy to get closer to Business during the 2020 Seara Convention, an event that took place between January 5th and 8th in Foz do Iguaçu-PR, and focused on team integration and sharing of strategies and plans for the year 2020.

Compliance Officer Marcelo Proença shared the results of the training, the premises of the JBS Ethics Line and the Compliance website at the Convention.

Fernando Meller, HR executive director, comments on the relevance of Compliance having participated in the Convention: “It is important to bring all employees closer to our Compliance program. Our Team, especially the one going to the field, needs to be trained and qualified to act according to the best practices, ethically representing the Company and the conduct of each one. We had a very positive feedback on the presentation at the Convention, because in addition to bringing practical and important information, it also strengthens the role of the leader as a multiplier of good practices with the teams in their units of activity ”.

Together, we can build a more healthy and transparent environment. Always do the right thing, no matter the situation!
